Steve has been in private law practice since 2003. Prior to getting his law license in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Steve was a lobbyist for the Pennsylvania Builders Association and the Modular Building Systems Association representing residential builders and modular manufacturers and builders. Today, Steve’s law practice concentrates almost exclusively in the residential construction industry representing builders, home improvement contractors building supply companies and other company serving the home building industry. Steve also represents modular manufacturers and modular builders throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and in other states as well. Over the years, Steve has developed specific expertise in modular sales and use tax law in every state in the Country. Steve can also help modular industry members with regulatory problems and with difficult legal issues.

Steve has represented Modular Manufacturers, Builders, Building Supply Companies, Modular Installers, Crane Companies and Modular Transportation Companies for almost 30 years, both as the Executive Director and Legal Counsel for a national modular housing trade association and in his Private Law Practice.
